Coaching and HR consulting available in both English and French
With close to 15 years of cumulated experience, I started my career in a changing multinational where I acquired a solid professional journey on all aspects of HR from operational to strategic activities. Then, I took on some HR responsibilities in academics and non-for-profit institutions where I reinforced my interpersonal, training and strategic skills. I always supported policies as both an employer and an employee champion and drove massive projects in accordance with my management’s vision and values. Having been myself a manager, I understand well the challenges of talent management and retention; but also individual growth and career progression.
Over years, I developed a wide scope of competences such as but not limited to career progression management, recruitment processes, talent retention, succession planning, culture change and people management. More recently, I worked through the looking glass by coaching candidates for their future position in all fields including IT, administration, FMCG, social and health, finance…
In addition to my master degree, I obtained a coaching certificate as well as a professional trainer certificate (both accredited in Switzerland), that developed even more my effective communication and presentation skills. Last but not least, I am since 2021 an Associate certified coach (ACC level,through the international coaching federation).
